Listening to a recent interview with Annie Jacobsen, she claims that non of the PSI phenomena like ESP and RV passes scientific method muster.
Is this claim true or false?
The question is: Has remote viewing been tested using "The five steps of the scientific method"?
If it has, is there a paper on it?

If Jacobsen is right then no paper should exist. But if she is wrong, then maybe we could present to her a paper for consideration.
